We arrived in Kumamoto on Thursday afternoon, the 22nd of last month (why does time go so quickly?!!). After a quiet afternoon at Aogu's sister's place, we met up with her husband for dinner at this restaurant, which had a name that I'm not detailed oriented enough to remember. It did boast a lovely view of Kumamoto Castle and some other wonders which are described below. "Bear" with me--haha--on this Kumamoto round up, I can tell it's going to take me a few days to get through it!
