Don't even try to challenge Izumi for the title of "Strongest Forehead". She will whup you every time.
Photo taken at today Kohl Children's Museum with Mariella on a much-praised quilt (when I say "much-praised," I mean that everyone who saw it had complimentary words!) made by my talented sister Laurie.

In days gone by I could have contented for the title. But now I'm getting old. Christopher Browning
I'll have to work with Mari on this next time I'm in the area...
I've been babysitting for my Japanese neighbor's 2 year old lately (he's the one Shad always calls Koji in honor of your son, even though Shad's never met Koji - only heard numerous stories from Rich and Jen), and I think I have learned a few words in Japanese! I do have a question though - what does omosan (pronounced oh-moe-sahn) mean? I hope it's not profanity... Does it mean horse? We've been "reading" animal books lately, and it's come up a lot...
Hope you all are doing well!
